The device provides for 24/7 Heart rate monitoring, Stress monitoring, and Blood oxygen saturation monitoring also known as (SpO2).
Whenever the device detects any of these to be low or high, it will notify you.
It keeps track of one’s sleeping pattern and the menstrual cycle calendar for ladies.
Huawei Band 6 supports different forms of workout including; running, cycling, swimming, indoor cycling, walking, jumping, spinning, and yoga among others. It provides for up to 96 activities to choose from.

It supports fast charging, music control, and messaging notifications, thanks to the 1.47-inch display screen.
Huawei Band 6 is also water-resistant up to 50 Meters which means one can comfortably swim with it in a shallow swimming pool and the ocean.
It also comes in four different colors including; Graphite Black, Forest Green, Amber Sunrise, and Sakura Pink.
The band, however, does not have GPS and one has to connect it with a pre-installed Huawei Health App on your phone.
