Safaricom has announced the closure of its retail centre at Two Rivers Mall effective August 31.

Kenyan mobile network operator Safaricom has announced the closure of the Two Rivers Mall Retail Centre effective August 31, 2022.

In a notice on Tuesday, the telecommunications company stated that the move was meant to streamline its business operations to better the customers’ needs.

“As we continue to streamline our business operations to better the customers’ needs, we wish to inform all our customers of the closure of the Two Rivers Mall Retail Centre with effect from 31st August 2022 at the close of business,” read part of the notice by Safaricom.

The telecommunication giant, however, advised its customers in the affected area to access its services from the Village Market Retail Centre or nearby outlets.

“Starting 1st September 2022, our customers in the area can continue accessing all our services from the Village Market Retail Centre or nearby care outlets,” Safaricom stated.

The mobile network operator also maintained that its self-service channels continue to remain available to all its customers.
