Comedian Esther Kazungu on Friday walked down the aisle with her longtime Boyfriend and fiancé James Kibunja.
News of their marriage was first shared by activist Boniface Mwangi on social media.
Mwangi said the two tied the knot through a civil marriage and had lunch with friends which cost a total of Sh60,000.
He went on to advice young people to get marriage with a budget they are comfortable with instead of succumbing to the peer pressure of having expensive weddings.
The activist also revealed the two have been dating for six years.
"Dated 6 years. Got married today. Civil marriage, lunch with family and close friends, total cost KES 60,000. Get married for you. Stop the peer pressure of expensive wedding. Do you. Love the one you chose! @njerikan and l love these two lovebirds Red heart," wrote Boniface Mwangi.

Kazungu and Kibunja got engaged in May 2021.
Ms Kazungu is know for her comedy skits imitating the African parliament.
