Comedian Oga Obinna has left Kiss FM after co-hosting the morning kiss show for one year.
Nairobi Leo has learnt that the media personality’s contract with Radio Africa Group had come to an end and both parties agreed to end their relationship.
In an interview after his exit, Obinna expressed gratitude to Radio Africa for the opportunity noting that he had achieved his dream of doing everything he wanted to do.
He noted that he had tried joining Kiss FM for nine years before he got the chance.
The renowned comedian also noted that he presented his last show on Monday, April 17, 2023.
Obinna joined the Kiss Family in March 2022 replacing Langata member of Parliament Phelix Odiwuor alias Jalang’o who had resigned to pursue politics.
His exit comes barely three months since her former co-host Kamene Goro also parted ways with the radio station after her contract lapsed and didn’t find the need to renew it.
Kamene was replaced by Sheila Kwamboka popularly known as Kwambox who had resigned from Standard Media Group’s Vybez Radio.
