Veteran TV journalist Catherine Kasavuli is making a TV comeback at Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC).

Reports reaching our newsdesk have intimated that the national broadcaster is making changes and bringing in former journalists in a bid to shake things up.

Reports have intimated that Veteran journalist Badi Mukhsin and Tom Mboya will also make their return to TV.

Kasavuli began her career in media in 1980 as a radio continuity announcer after an ounce urged her to apply for a job at the Voice of Kenya.

She moved from KBC to KTN which was the first privately owned in 1990 and during her time at KTN she became the first anchor to ever present a live news bulletin.

Kasavuli would leave KTN for Royal Media Services where she doubled up as a news anchor and the group's corporate affairs manager before exiting.

During her time at RMS, she had founded her own company, Kasavuli Media Group.
