Newly elected Lang'ata Member of Parliament (MP) Felix Oduor aka Jalang'o has disclosed that he will no longer be hosting club events and making appearances.
Jalang'o was responding to some of the questions he had been asked by the public on Wednesday, August 17 after winning the Langata parliamentary seat.
"My new job comes with a lot of responsibilities and time for clubs might not be there anymore," he stated.
The legislator also mentioned that he would be open to a radio job if he secured a morning show in one of the stations.
"For now, Langata is my number one priority. Delivery of our manifesto and the promises we made to the electorate. Radio is my love and if I get a morning show that ends by 9 so that I can make it for bunge on time then why not? I know many Mps who still do their jobs and deliver for their constituency," Jalang'o said.
The former radio presenter also pointed out that he would continue doing advertisements adding that he would also work with the young people of Lang'ata in execution.
"Will you still be doing advertisements? Hell yeah, a lot of them! We will actually be now working with the young people of Langata in concept development and filming! I want to train as many young people as possible in our resource centers. For me to be a brand ambassador of your product you must commit to take up and support a community project in Langata," he mentioned.
