Rose founded Regional Reach Limited the company that launched Kameme FM a local-language radio station in 1999, and K24 television in 2007 and sold them both to the Kenyatta family in 2010.

Regional Reach Limited was initially started as an advertising company. They bought 200 television sets and placed the strategically across Central Kenya, which would be used to advertise products and services.

The company entered the media scene in 1999 when they launched Kameme FM which broadcasted in Kikuyu language.

The radio station grew to become a force to reckon with among supporters and managed to withstand the entry of KBC's Coro FM and Royal Media Service's Inooro FM in the Kikuyu broadcasting space.

Due to RMS' financial power, S.K. Macharia poched some of the top presenters from Kameme FM.

To edge out competition, Rose and David ventured into television in 2007 and intended to launch a 24/7 Kikuyu station. The move was discouraged by veteran Journalist Jeff Koinange who adviced them to keep it Kiswahili & English to attract a national audience.

K24 was launched in November 2007 and rode on the elections to gain popularity. However, the post election violence led to losses for the company.

Rose and David struggled to keep the company together and in 2009, they struck a deal with the Kenyatta family to sell the two media stations.

Although the airwaves are registered under Africa Kenya Holdings, the management of the stations is under Mediamax Network Ltd - another firm associated with the Kenyatta family.

After the sale, Rose was appointed CEO at Mediamax and served in that capacity until 2011 when she left to form her own station, 3 Stones TV.
