“Our heartfelt condolences to the family, colleagues and friends of our staff member David Kiprotich Too,” DP Ruto said.

“We will best remember him for his humility, punctuality and team spirit. Rest In Peace, Corporal Too,” he added.

The DP further described Corporal Too as dependable, approachable and an officer who took pride in his work and strived to put things right.

Too's family alleged that he jumped into the waters at 9 am Friday, December 1, 2020, from what could be a result of job-related stress.

His brother Aaron Sing'oei said he had misplaced a camera belonging to the Deputy President Press Service three days ago.
