Crime in the city has been on an increase with many sharing CCTV footage on social media exposing thugs.

On Thursday evening, a CCTV footage showed three men on a boda boda robbing a group of people outside a shop.

A motorbike rider dropped two men at the undisclosed estate only for the duo to pull out guns and proceed to rob the group.

The limping thug started walking normally and took phones and money from the terrified victims.

What caught the attention of many is the children who were passing by from school as one of the thugs was pointing his gun at a man who was standing.

Kenyans have called on authorities to identify the thugs and bring them to book.

In December 2020, police raised alarm on robbery incidents associated with boda boda riders with authorities saying they would crackdown on the industry to curb the influx.
