Police are hunting for two men believed to have taken part in the murder of businesswoman Caroline Wanjiku Maina.

According to authorities, the two were captured on CCTV footage driving in her car on February 12 when she was reported missing.

Another suspect also named the two during a confession to the DCI investigators probing Maina’s murder.

Dagoretti DCI officers haven't officially recorded the suspect’s confession but termed the details provided have so far as credible.

Investigations Ongoing

Information provided by the suspect led detectives to recover Ms. Maina's body at Pranai in Kajiado County.

An autopsy showed that the businesswoman died of head injuries inflicted with a blunt object.

Detectives are also seeking cooperation from Embu County government where one of the suspects in custody works and a bank said to have sent Ms. Maina Ksh2 million.
