DCI George Kinoti on Thursday met with Raila Odinga Jr where they shared matters of security affecting the county.

Raila Jr said Mr Kinoti shared immense knowledge with him on how he has modernized the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.


"It was a great privilege and honour meeting with the DCI head George Kinoti, He impacted upon me his great knowledge on matters security and law. He also shared with me his wisdom as a leader in showing me how he has modernized @DCI_Kenya Asante," Raila Jr stated.

Kinoti has moved the DCI into a digital phase where they have been sharing and interacting with Kenyans on social media platforms.


Normally when the sleuths share reports of arrests and curbing crime they ask members of the public to feel free to share information that will aid in solving crimes and arresting criminals.

Last year more than 20 senior officers attached to the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) were moved in changes announced by Mr Kinoti.
