Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has come out to bash Deputy President William Ruto's Tangatanga brigade claiming it is but a den of thieves.
While speaking to a church congregation in Mumbuni ward, the former vice president praised 'bottom-up' economics espoused by Deputy President William Ruto despite not agreeing with the manner of its application.
" But look at at it, what do they have apart from giving goodies, inawekwa kwa wheelbarrow na unapatiwa. Is that bottom-up economics?" Kalonzo asked as he criticised Ruto's regular church contributions.

Muyoka called out leaders who play the victim when mentioned in corruption scandals.
" Instead of facing the full force of the law and have their own rights under the law, wanaanza kusema ni political intimidation. Na watu wameiba, na ni wezi!" A charged-up Kalonzo told the church.
Kalonzo Musyoka went ahead to ask that the church turn down contributions that proceed from corruption.
The former NASA Principal continues an onslaught launched by ODM leader Raila Odinga on the same. Raila has been a constant critic of Deputy President William Ruto's huge contributions to Church harambees.
While speaking in Mvita Constituency on Saturday 3rd July 2021, Raila claimed that Ruto's contributions are stolen public funds.
"Pesa ambayo amebeba mamilioni ametoa wapi? Wezi ambao wanatakiwa kuwa Shimo La Tewa wanatembea na helicopter kutoa pesa," Raila said.
He went ahead to blast church leaders for accepting these contributions saying they praised generosity despite not knowing the source of the money.
