Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has told off former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale saying that he will never understand the law, because he is a veterinary doctor.
His remarks came after Khalwale in a tweet said that Babu had gotten away with attempted murder after shooting someone.
He went on to say that blogger Robert Alai would easily get away with his alleged fight with singer Ringtone Apoko alluding it all to the power of the handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga.
“Embakasi East MP, Babu Owino got away with attempted murder after shooting his victim. @RobertAlai will certainly get away with this one. The amazing powers of the mighty Handshake!” wrote Khalwale.
Babu in his response lectured the former senator on what the law deems an attempted murder, adding that he should get educated.

“You are a veterinary doctor, concentrate on treating chicken coz you will never understand law. For there to be an attempted murder there has to be an intention to murder hence there has to be MALICE AFORETHOUGHT. Get educated with your viscous/thick mind,” said Babu.
Khalwale was reacting to the altercation between Ringtone and Alai that saw the blogger get arrested and detained at the Kilimani Police station for allegedly hitting the singer with a wooden club.
