According to the statement by State House, Charles died on Tuesday, 31st August 2021

"His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta has condoled with the family of Education Cabinet Secretary Prof George Magoha following the death of his brother Charles Agunga Magoha in Sweden on Tuesday, 31st August 2021," tweeted State House.

The cause of his death still remains unclear.
