In a statement released on Tuesday, Safaricom noted that its customers have played a vital role in making it the leading telecommunication company in Kenya.

In view of the above, the company has announced that effective tomorrow Wednesday, October 28, 2020, its customers will start receiving free calls and data.

Effective tomorrow, Safaricom customers are set to enjoy one free call of up to 20 minutes within the next 30 days.

Safaricom also announced that customers who have been on the network for 20 years and those turning 20 this year will also receive a free 20GB data bundle valid for seven days.


Lastly, for the next 30 days, Safaricom customers will be able to purchase 20 minutes of call time and 20MBs of data at Sh20 thanks to the 20@20 promotion.
