Talented reporter and anchor Zainab Said has resigned from Mediamax and joined the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC). 

Said worked at Mediamax as a news reporter and anchor with Milele FM before she made her debut on K24 TV. 

She debuted her first bulletin, K24 TV Mashinani on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. 

Zainab joins KBC as a news anchor and reporter and will be presenting the newly launched weekday County edition - Kurunzi Mashinani.

Zainab’s career began at Qwetu Radio where she was an intern and volunteer for nine months before joining Iqra FM in September 2017 as an anchor and presenter.

Zainab Said Joins KBC.  

In 2018, she moved to Milele FM as an anchor and reporter focusing on human interests stories. 

Zainab is a graduate of Broadcast Journalism from Kenya Institute of Mass Communication (KIMC) and is passionate about telling human interest stories, with a keen eye on education and health stories.
