The family of Nelson Otsianda; the late Buru Buru Girls High School teacher has rejected results of an autopsy conducted on his body.

An autopsy conducted earlier this week indicated that Osianda died from drowning as his body had no injuries.

The autopsy ruled out earlier reports that suggested that the deceased could have been assaulted leading to his death.

Reacting to the autopsy, the family called for more investigations, arguing that the results are not line with what was captured by cameras at the facility where the incident happened.

“I wish his friends were here to give us their side of the story. We would like them to stand with us as they were with my son in his last moments,” Claude Otsianda, father to the deceased told Nation.

Otsianda died at a hotel in the South Cast while hanging out with friends whom he’d travelled with for a vacation.

The group was having fun only for them to later discover Otsianda’s body at the hotel’s swimming pool.

Since Otsianda's death, a message was shared on social media and has gone viral, alleging that the teacher was murdered before his body was tossed into the pool.

“A Buru Buru Girls teacher went with colleagues to Mombasa and now he is dead. The hotel that had hosted them says he fell in a swimming pool while drunk. So the brother to the deceased demands for a CCTV footage, the hotel says it was not functional. He insists on accessing the main server.

“To his shock, he sees two men clobbering his brother and killing him then throws (sic) him to the swimming poll. What is the hotel hiding,” the post reads in part.
