KeNHA says the construction of the flyover will take place at night from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am in the morning.

A section of Lang'ata road has been closed for one week to pave way for the construction of a flyover at T-Mall, along the road.

Kenya National Highways Authority (KENHA) announced in a notice that the section of the road will be closed for a week starting Monday, January 10, to Saturday, January 16.

"The Kenya National Highway Authority (KenHA) wishes to notify the public that a section of Lang'ata Road, at the T-mall Roundabout, will experience traffic disruptions. This follows planned closure of the road to pave way for the erection of the T-Mall flyover," the notice reads.

KenHa says the construction of the flyover will take place at night from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am in the morning.

Motorists plying the root have been advised to take cognisant of the new changes, be cautious while using the road and exercise road courtesy for better management of the traffic.

"KenHA advises motorists to follow the proposed traffic management plan and cooperate with the police and traffic marshals on site.

"The Lang'ata T-Mall bound traffic will be diverted at the junction with Wilson Airport into the Lang'ata bound lane adjacent to the median," KenHA added.
