Jubilee Party is now going after the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) accusing it of stealing its membership data.
The ruling party approached Registrar of Political Parties Anne Nderitu seeking to have UDA de-registered over claims of breaching its databases.
Jubilee said the membership data in question was lifted from Jubilee Center by former officials and handed over to UDA, also noting that they are seeking to establish the exact number of members UDA stole.
"One of the reasons some of the coordinators were affected in the staff changes recently is because of feeding UDA with our data," Jubilee deputy secretary-general Joshua Kutuny said.

This comes hours after Jubilee held a Parliamentary Group (PG) meeting at State House, Nairobi where President Uhuru Kenyatta dismissed claims that Jubilee is 'dead' noting that they have been working and it was time to come out and participate in political activities.
The Head of State also noted that the party would rebrand and recruit in preparation for the forthcoming 2022 elections.
"Jubilee haikufa, Jubilee ilienda kazi. We have been working and we have a track record to show for it," Uhuru said during the meeting.
Uhuru also announced that Jubilee Party will seek to get into a coalition with like-minded parties and support a presidential candidate with whom they share common ideals.
He will continue as the Jubilee party leader, even as the party enters into this political season and he will lead the party to achieve the goals and objectives stated above.
