Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has made one special request to the people of Mount Kenya soon after landing from Dubai.

The MP who addressed residents of Githurai as he headed to Thika for a thanks giving mega rally requested the people of the mountain to allow him negotiate of their behalf.

Kuria insisted that they people of Mt Kenya are wise enough to make the right decision and that they are not going to allow anyone to mislead them.

"We are not going to allow anyone to misuse and mislead our people. We are wise enough," the Gatundu South MP said.

He added that as other people continue to organize themselves ahead of the August 9th, 2022 general elections, his party Chama Cha Kazi (CCK) organizing itself at the grassroots.

Kuria returned to Kenya on Saturday morning after more than three months of undergoing treatment in Dubai. The day also doubles up as his birthday.

The MP who arrived on Saturday morning was treated to a warm welcome by his supporters who had pitched tent at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).

His arrival precedes a major homecoming rally to be held at Thika Stadium later in the day.

He organized the thanksgiving rally to thank Kenyans for the support they extended to him during his ailing period.
