Kirinyaga Woman Representative Purity Ngirici has revealed details of her brief conversation with President Uhuru Kenyatta at Sagana III meeting.

The woman Rep, who is eyeing the Kirinyaga governor seat is among the leaders who attended the Uhuru meeting.

She took to her social media handles and shared images of her and Uhuru interacting with each other in a friendly manner.

Ngirici revealed that the President exuded confidence in her saying that she will win the Kirinyaga seat.

"Hii Kitu Umechukua," Ngirici quoted the president.

Translates to: "You have won this thing". 

This was the first Sagana meeting that she was attending after she fell out with deputy president William Ruto.

The MP left UDA over what she said was favoritism towards Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru who joined the party last year.

Ngirici has since declared that he will run for the Kirinyaga seat on an independent ticket though he has lately been criticised the DP and his team as she shows a soft spot for the ODM lead Raila Odinga.
