A poster bearing his image, name, Jubilee party symbols and a hashtag of the Azimio la Umoja indicated that the MP will vie for Lang'ata seat.

Former Jubilee secretary general Raphael Tuju has dismissed reports indicating that he has made up his mind to vie for Lang'ata parliamentary seat.

This is after a poster bearing his image, name, Jubilee party symbols and a hashtag of the Azimio la Umoja indicated that the MP will vie for Lang'ata seat.

According to a report by the Star, the MP has denied deciding to run for Lang'ata seat.

He termed the reports as "Fake" and asked members of the public to treat the info with the contempt it deserves.

While appearing on Citizen TV's JKL show on Wednesday tuju also confirmed that he is yet to make up his mind on which way to go and which seat to vie for.

The former CS without a portfolio noted that he was still consulting whether to vie for a seat in Nairobi or Siaya county.

He asked Kenyans to be patient as he will be announcing his political directions in two weeks' time.

Tuju last served as Rarieda MP between 2002 and 2007.

He was ousted from the office after he vied on a PNU ticket at a time when the ODM wave was enormous in the Nyanza region.
