Kagwe also stated that all public service vehicles, trains and other means of transport should resume full capacity operation.

The CS also stated that truck drivers fully vaccinated will not require any other documents. Unvaccinated drivers must however have a negative PCR test as a requirement.

According to Kagwe, spectators are now allowed in venues of sporting activities but said they should be fully vaccinated.
