Deputy President William Ruto has announced the parties that joined the Kenya Kwanza Alliance on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. 

The DP Stated that over ten parties agreed to join the alliance willingly. 

"The alliance we put together today is the alliance of the free and willing, the other side has the alliance of the intimidated, blackmailed, and coerced," the DP said while speaking at Ngong Racecourse. 

The parties include;

1. United Democratic Alliance

2. Amani National Congress

3. Ford Kenya

4. Chama Cha Kazi

5. Communist Party of Kenya

6. Devolution Party

7. Economic Freedom Party

8. Farmers Party

9. The Service Party

10. Tujibebe Wakenya Party

11. Umoja Maendeleo Party.


The Deputy President noted that the team they had formed would take Kenya to the next level. 

"We have come together to model a formidable team that will take Kenya to the next level. Kenya Kwanza is an alliance of the people, by the people for the people that is keen on transforming the economy of our country; starting with those at the lower echelons of society," he said.
