The Spokesperson of ODM leader Raila Odinga's campaign secretariat Makau Mutua has fired back at Deputy President William Ruto who attacked them for disrespecting Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
In a message to the DP, Mutua has blasted the DP for poking his nose into the Azimio matters.
He went on to ask him to choose Kalonzo as his running mate if he wishes adding that it is none of his business who Raila picks for the DP.
"My advice to @WilliamsRuto — please pick @skmusyoka as your running mate if you care so much for him. Your hypocrisy is rich. Leave Azimio matters to us. Stop poking your nose where it doesn’t belong and is unwanted. Our process is inclusive/participatory. Yours is opaque," he said.

Earlier on, the DP said subjecting Kalonzo to interviews is demeaning.
The DP said the Wiper leader deserves some respect and putting him for an interview is a show of deceit.
"Though we are competitors, to subject HE Kalonzo to some humiliating 'interview' is impunity. We must unite to eliminate the culture of political deceit, the hallmark of some politicians. Whatever the circumstances every leader deserves some dignity and respect. Heshima si utumwa." Ruto said.
The DP's remarks come at a time when the Azimio camp is facing turbulent times regarding the seat of a running mate.
Wiper leaders have implored Kalonzo to turn down the vetting that is supposed to be conducted by a panel formed by the Azimio Council.
Ruto allies such as Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen have also condemned the Azimio team for subjecting Kalonzo to interviews.
Bungoma Senator Moses Wetang'ula also attacked Azimio saying they are keen to embarrass Kalonzo.
