According to BBI Secretariat Co-chair Junet Mohammed, the online platform was developed to limit movement in close adherence to the Covid-19 guidelines set by the Ministry of Health. 

President Uhuru Kenyatta and his handshake partner Raila Odinga have today launched the collection of signatures for the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) Constitutional Amendment push.

During the launch, the BBI secretariat noted that the signature collection exercise will run for a week.

The exercise can be done both manually and online through the BBI website.

Here is a step by step guide on how to sign the BBI referendum document online:

Step one: Visit https://bbisignatures.org/

Step two: Fill in your details including name, ID Number, contacts and other personal information.

Step three: Confirm all you details and tick the confirmation box

Step four: Sign the document

Step five : Endorse the document
