Jumwa noted that governor Amason Kingi has performed poorly during his tenure as county boss.

A sibling rivalry is brewing in Kilifi County with the UDA faction now taking on the PAA party and its leader Amason Kingi head-on.

In a statement on Tuesday, Jumwa noted that the governor has a poor track record in his tenure as governor saying that is not a good thing for the alliance.

She went on to urge the Governor to start cleansing himself so that he does not spoil the UDA and Kenya Kwanza image in the region.

"While we appreciate Governor Amason Kingi's support, we note with concern that his bad record as county chief may affect UDA and Kenya Kwanza's popularity in Kilifi County unless he starts sanitising himself," Jumwa said.

The aspiring Governor went on to say that Kingi's entry to Kenya Kwanza has not brought much difference since the region was already a UDA zone.

She urged area residents to back UDA MPs in the region even as it is clear that the DP told Governor Kingi to deliver all the parliamentary seats.

According to Jumwa, she played a big role in influencing Kingi to join Kenya Kwanza Alliance.

PAA party is fielding candidates in all elective seats including the governor seat.
