Many seeking elective seats have found themselves in a tight corner after questions emerged on the validity of their papers.

Machakos Wiper Party Governor Candidate Wanvinya Ndeti has trashed reports indicating that she is not a graduate.

This is after reports emerged on social media that she is not a graduate.

One such report is a purported Public Notice from London South Bank University.

"The South Bank University United Kingdom wishes to notify members of the public that Ms Wavinya Ndeti did not graduate from this institution as she alleges," reads part of the notice.

"The University earlier issued a statement on the matter and was clear that the pension in question did not start or complete or complete her studies in our esteemed institution."

To seemingly dismiss the report, Wavinya took to her Facebook post to share her graduation images.

She captioned the images: "A rare photo of a young girl whose dreams her parent's believed in, and supported exponentially! How time really flies!"

The issue of degrees among aspirants has become a subject of social media trends.
