The news anchor has made her debut at her new home.

Former Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) news anchor Purity Museo on Monday, June 20 made her debut at the Kenya Television Network (KTN) news after quitting KBC. 

Museo shared a snippet of her broadcast at the KTN News on Twitter with a caption: “My new home…..See you again tomorrow at 10am for #NewsCentre and 1 pm for #NewsDesk.”

Earlier reports indicated that the news anchor was to join the Standard Media Group-owned station to assume a similar role.

Museo announced her exit from KBC on May 17, thanking her viewers for their support during her three and a half years at the national broadcaster.

She shared a Bible verse on Twitter, adding that it was a great honour to have worked with KBC.

"Ecclesiastes 3:1-‘For everything there is a season, A time for every activity under heaven’. It’s been a great honor working for the national broadcaster KBC Channel for the last 3 and half years. It’s another season for me. GLORY to God. Thank you my viewer, thank you KBC," Museo stated.
