 "Huyu ni mchele huyu, twende kwa polisi" the man shouted.

Drama ensued in Kitengela on Tuesday morning, December 13, after a man dragged a woman to a police station for allegedly spiking his drink.

In a viral video seen by Nairobileo.co.ke, the shirtless man boarded a boda boda where he sandwiched the woman between himself and the rider as he asked the rider to take them to a police station.

The seemingly infuriated man shouted, "huyu ni mchele huyu, twende kwa polisi" while the woman tried to defend herself. 

A crowd quickly gathered at the scene to intervene before the boda boda rider took off with the duo to Kitengela Police Station.

Upon getting to the station, the two alighted as the man continued to drag the middle-aged lady inside the station.

A female police officer was later seen in the video intervening as she held the hand of the lady leading her to the reception, with the man following them into the sation.

"Nilikuwa nakunywa kwa club yake. Akachukua simu yangu akaficha. Aliibia uncle yangu pesa mingi sana," the man told officers at the station before they asked him to put on his shirt.

He was later directed to write a statement as the police took over the matter. The incident attracted a lot of reactions from netizens.

Incidents of unsuspecting men having their drinks spiked in entertainment joints have been rampant in the recent past.
