He married a Nigerian wife Dr Barbara Magoha who together they were blessed with a son named Michael Magoha. Michael is the only son of the couple.
The son is aged 34 years.
Michael is a neurosurgeon by Profession. He also doubles as a lecturer in Neurosurgery, the Department of Surgery at UoN.
The scion is also a consulting surgeon at the Kenyatta National Hospital.
He successfully attended elective placement in Vascular, Cardiothoracic and General Surgery at Groote Schuur Hospital, Faculty of Health Sciences and University of Cape Town, South Africa in 2009.
The son has also served as the Chairman of Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board (KMPDB).
