Bodybuilder Dennis Litali is off the hook completely as the probe established that he had no links to Chiloba's last moments.


Four suspects who had been linked to the gruesome murder of LGBTQ activist and fashion model Edwin Kiprotich Kiptoo alias Chiloba have been freed.

This comes after the prosecution told the court that they had no evidence to charge the accused persons with Chiloba murder.

Three others who were released were instructed to report to investigating officers every month for three months.

The prime suspect in the murder Jacktone Odhimabo, however, has a case to answer.

Senior Principal Richard Odenyo directed that the prime suspect Odhiambo face murder charges at the High Court.

Odhiambo was immediately taken to the High Court to face murder charges.

Odenyi, early this month, granted the DCI 21 days to hold the suspects in order to facilitate the completion of investigations.

Police have completed investigations into the murder leading to the charges against Odhiambo.

Chiloba's was found dead and his body stashed in a metal box which was dumped at Hurlingham village near Kipkaren on January 3rd 2023.
