The Head of State also noted that the government would review the credit limit of Hustler Fund members after every four months.

“We are going to review the credit limit of every member after every four months. We will add an additional ceiling so that we can grow everybody,” Ruto announced.

He further revealed that every Hustler Fund borrower would be assigned a financial grade from the end of February.

“At the end of this month, every borrower on the Hustler Fund will be assigned a financial grade and you can know if you are good or if you need to increase the credit,” Ruto stated.
