Rigathi Gachagua on Sunday, February 19 in Kericho equaled the people who voted for Kenya Kwanza as the majority stakeholders in the current Government.

Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna has revealed that Azimio  la Umoja Members of Parliament are planning to table a motion in Parliament to discuss the conduct of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua

Speaking during an interview with Radio Citizen on Thursday, February 23, Sifuna slammed Gachagua over his recent remarks that the Kenya Kwanza Government will favor those who voted for President William Ruto over those supporting the opposition.

Gachagua on Sunday, February 19 in Kericho equaled the people who voted for Kenya Kwanza as the majority stakeholders in the current Government.

"This Government is like a company guaranteed by shares. There are those with many shares and those with few shares. Therefore those who voted for us and supported us must enjoy the benefits first," he said.

The second in command however on Wednesday, February 22, stated that President William Ruto will work for all Kenyans irrespective of their political affiliations but state appointments would go to the Kenya Kwanza loyalists.
