Raila on Friday slammed the International Community over turning a blind eye to Kenyan democracy.

Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has claimed that Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga is angry with the International Community after being called out by Ambassadors last week.

Speaking on Saturday, April 1 in Malava, Kakamega County, Mudavadi revealed that the Ambassadors held a meeting with the former Prime Minister for two and half hours asking him to explain his problems with the Kenya Kwanza government.

Mudavadi added that the Ambassadors told the ODM leader in the meeting that he has no case.

“Unakasirika na mabalozi juu walikuambia ya kwamba you have no case. And if I am cheating go stand somewhere and swear,” said Mudavadi.

This comes after Raila told off foreign diplomats who issued a joint statement recently that democracy is the same everywhere.

"You cannot put development ahead of democracy. Democracy must precede development. That is why we are surprised to see these diplomats turning a blind eye to this. Most of them have the audacity to misrepresent facts about our country," Raila said on Friday.
