Bishop Muiru is one of the religious leaders who went to Mombasa in a show of solidarity after Pastor Ezekiel was arrested.

Bishop Pius Muiru's Maximum Miracle Centre on Wednesday witnessed an unprecedented crowd of people that had gathered for service upon the announcement that Pastor Ezekiel Odero was to minister there. 

Images seen by Nairobi Leo showed a crowd of people milling at the entrance of the church ahead of the service.

Muiru had in a Facebook post announced on Tuesday that pastor Odero will be ministering at his church again on Wednesday for a powerful healing and miracle service.

Pastor Ezekiel had preached at the church on Tuesday. 

He has been in Nairobi since the week started.

For Starters, Pastor Ezekiel holds Bishop Muiru in high regard and he is on record saying he became born again after he attended his crusade in Mombasa. 

It is from then that he grew spiritually to become one of the most sought-after religious leaders in the country.

During his arrest, Bishop Muiru is one of the religious leaders who went to Mombasa in a show of solidarity.

Muiru defended Pastor Ezekiel against criticism saying he had engaged him on a personal level during which he denied involvement to accusations levelled towards him.

Pastor Ezekiel is battling for unfreezing of his bank accounts having appealed to the court that he needed Sh50 million to be able to run the activities of his church and the international school.
