The incident comes after the arrest of a tout who is alleged to have pushed a passenger from an Embassava Bus to his death.

The incident happened on Outering road.

Preliminary information indicated that the teenager was short of the required fare of Sh20, which then led to an altercation with the tout.

The alleged conductor, Dennis Mageto Ombichi, has since been arrested and is detained at the Capitol Hill Police Station.

He was apprehended by officers from the National Transport and Safety Authority on Friday, who handed him over to police officers at Capitol Hill.
