President William Ruto has made another set of appointments at the Kenya Trade Network Agency board and Uwezo Fund Oversight Board. 

In a Gazette Notice dated May 26, Ruto has named Basil Criticos to be the Chairperson of the Kenya Trade Network Agency Board.

Criticos is a former Taita Taveta MP. He is the one who sold Ruto a huge parcel of land he owns in Taita Taveta County.

He will serve in the position for a period of three years with effect from May 26, 2023. The appointment saw Gazette Notice No. 10612 of 2021  revoked.

In the same Gazzette Notice, Ruto has appointed Ann Wambui Njuguna to be the Chairperson of the Uwezo Fund Oversight Board.

She will serve in the position for a period of three (3) years, with effect from May 26, 2023.

Treasury CS Njuguna Ndungu has appointed Timothy Kimathi and Anthony Kiprono, to be members of the Retirement Benefits Appeals Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from May 26, 2023.

Transport CS Kipchumba Murkomen has appointed Adrian Kamotho Njenga to be the Chairperson of the Transport Licensing Appeals Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from May 26, 2023.

CS Moses Kuria has named Florence Wangui to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Investment Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from May 26, 2023.
