Police said the two could have been killed elsewhere before their bodies were dumped in the Kamulu area in Kayole and burnt.

Police probing the macabre killing of a Nigerian man and his Kenyan lover have identified the two who were found dead in the Kamulu area of Kayole.

Preliminary information indicates that the murdered lady is a Kenyan socialite identified as Rachael Kanini 'Kaniss' while her Nigerian lover is Olujobi Gbenga alias Omodollar.

Those who saw the bodies of the two said they could have been tortured to death.

Police sources told Nairobi Leo that the two were first abducted on Sunday, June 25, before they were brutally killed and their bodies burnt.

The two lovebirds lived in Ridgeway's rea in Kiambu.

Police believe the two could have been murdered elsewhere before their bodies were moved to the Kamulu area where they were burnt.

On the day the abduction occurred, Gbenga is said to have called Kanini informing her that she had been arrested by people who claimed they were police officers following an accident.

Kanini is said to have shown up at the scene of the accident and it is then that she was also bungled into the car.

The two disappeared from then until when their burnt bodies were discovered in Kayole.

Kanini's car was abandoned in the Thome area while that of her boyfriend was burnt.

It is suspected that the two are victims of a deal gone sour.
