President William Rutio has yet again made some key appointments to various state agencies in the country.

In a Gazette Notice dated August 18, 2023, and seen by Nairobi Leo, Ruto has appointed Joseah Kiplangat Cheruiyot to be the Chairperson of the Board of Management of the Kenya Medical Training College, for a period of three (3) years. T

The appointment takes effect immediately. At the same time, the Head of State revoked the appointment of Zachary Maburi.

In the Same Kenya Gazette Notice, Ruto has named David Ndegwa Nyokabi to be the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Kenya National Public Health Institute.

He will serve for a period of three (3) years, with effect August 18, 2023. The appointment of Gerald Macharia was revoked.

In another appointment, Ruto named Kadhua Jimmy Kahindi to be the Chairperson of the Public Procurement Regulatory Board.

He will serve in the position for a period of three (3) years, with effect from August 18, 2023.

The appointment of Andrew Mukite Musangi was revoked. Musangi was recently appointed as the Chairperson of the Central Bank of Kenya board.
