Charity Ngilu's last public appearance was on April 5 in Makueni County.

Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has raised speculations after he met with former Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu.

Mudavadi in a statement via Twitter on Thursday, August 24 said the former county boss visited him in his office in Nairobi.

“Great meeting with my long time friend Mama Ngilu, who paid me a courtesy call in my office this afternoon,” Mudavadi stated.

Ngilu has been missing in action since Azimio leader Raila Odinga lost the 2022 presidential elections to President William Ruto.

Her last public appearance was on April 5 when she attended the burial of real estate tycoon Pius Musembi Kivindu in Sultan Hamud, Makueni County.
