A KCPE and KPSEA exam center manager has been arrested after he appeared for collection of exam papers late, drunk, and dirty.

Martin Muteti, who is a headteacher of Nthonzweni Primary School, was arrested at the Kaiti ACC Containers Centre where the papers were being picked.

The county security team, together with the County Directors of Education, made an impromptu visit to the said container during which they discovered the center manager was not in a sober situation.
