Editor's Review

Machogu noted that parents can easily access and download the results online.

Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu has released form one admission results for students who sat for the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) in 2023.

While releasing the placement results on Monday, December 18, Machogu noted that parents can easily access and download the results online.

"Thanks to the advancements in technology and the Ministry’s full adoption of digital systems, the process has undergone a significant transformation. Nowadays, a candidate can find out where they have been placed with a click of a button as soon as the results are announced," Machogu stated.

"Automation has thus enhanced efficiency, transparency, and accountability of the Form One selection and placement process. It is therefore easier to track and audit the decisions made, ensuring that they are based on merit, equity, student preferences, and the availability of school spaces. I, therefore, urge all parents and guardians to take advantage of this system to download their letters online without having to depend on any middlemen," he added.
