National carrier Kenya Airways (KQ) has announced that the booking flight option on its website is unavailable due to a technical hitch.

In a statement on Tuesday, April 2, KQ called on its customers to be patient as its technical team is working to resolve the issue.

“We regret to inform you that the "book flight" option on our website is currently unavailable due to technical issues. We would like to assure you that we are working diligently to resolve this as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to restore full functionality to our website,” KQ stated.

The airline noted that customers booking flights can in the meantime use KQ’s mobile app or contact customer service for assistance.

“In the meantime, to assist you with your booking needs, we recommend using our mobile app, which remains fully operational. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team directly for assistance with your booking,” KQ added.
