President William Ruto has scored 52 percent (C) in the latest performance rating released by Infotrak on Thursday, April 11.
In the report, Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua closely followed President Ruto with a 48 percent mean rating (D).
The National Assembly scored a mean rating of C (53 percent) while the Senate got a B (67 percent) followed by the Judiciary which tied with Cabinet Secretaries at 67 percent.
On the other hand, the opposition scored a mean rating of B (62 percent).
Infotrak also indicated that 58 percent of Kenyans believe the country is headed in the wrong direction with 19 percent being optimistic that the country is moving in the right direction. 19 percent of others were not sure while 1 percent refused to answer.

In the same report, Infotrak revealed that 81 percent of Kenyans support Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga’s bid to become the next African Union Commission (AUC) chairperson while 16 percent are against his bid. Three percent of Kenyans are not sure whether to support him or not.
According to Infotrak, Raila has the highest support in Nairobi, Rift Valley, and Nyanza regions with 88 percent, 85 percent, and 83 percent respectively.
The ODM leader has the lowest support for his AU bid in the North Eastern region at 64 per cent.
The survey was conducted between 8 and 9 March 2024 and covered all 47 counties and 8 regions in the country.
