Appearing virtually before Magistrate Derrick Kutto at Kibera court, Bella Bronislavia admitted that she had loaned Mr. Okoye Sh31 Million to invest in his business and would pay later.

She also clarified that she never had any sexual relationship with Mr. Okoye but were only friends.

In documents presented in court, Bella transferred the amounts to the business accounts of Mr. Okoye, which amounts to Ksh30 Million.

In December 2020, the media was awash with claims that Mr. Okoye had swindled Bella, her lover, Ksh 31 Million.

Bella has now clarified in court that she was never conned any monies by Mr. Okoye but voluntarily lent the money.

She also made it clear they never had any sexual relationship as earlier claimed by a section of the publications.
