The Media Council of Kenya has released a report on the most-watched TV stations in Kenya in 2023.

The Media Council of Kenya (MCK) has released a report on the most-watched TV stations in Kenya in 2023.

According to the report, Citizen TV from Royal Media Services is the most watched TV station with 38 percent followed by Nation Media Group’s NTV with 13 percent and KTN Home with 12 percent. 

Other most-watched key Tv stations include; KBC at 9 percent, Inooro TV at 8 percent, K24 at 5 percent, KTN News at 4 percent, Ramogi TV at 4 percent, and Kameme TV at 1 percent.

In 2022 Citizen TV was again the most-watched TV station with a coverage of 36 percent followed by KBC and NTV all with 12 percent.

KTN Home had 11 percent while its counterpart KTN News had 7 percent. Inooro TV had 6 percent and K24 had 5 percent.

Ramogi had 3 percent while Kass TV, Kiss Tv, Sasa TV, Mzalendo TV, Zee World, Switch TV, and Ebru TV all had 1 percent.

Other local TV stations that were most watched in 2022 include; Gikuyu TV at 0.4 percent, Family TV at 0.3 percent, Shifu TV at 0.2 percent, and Pwani Tv at 0.1 percent.
