Radio Jambo Presenter and Harambee Stars Head Coach Jacob 'Ghost' Mulee is currently hospitalised in India.

He took to social media on the night of Friday, April 23, 2021, to inform of his health status also thanking Kenyans for sharing comforting messages with him and his family.

Mulee has since taken a short leave from work.

"We thank God for a successful procedure. Well taken care of. Undugu ni kufaana si kufanana. (Brotherhood is all about mutual support and not resemblance)," Mulee stated, sharing photos of him in the hospital.

Even, in the photos, the vibrant Mulee appears jovial and determined to overcome this hurdle.

Mulee, though, did not disclose to the public the ailment that had him resort to treatment in India.

Members of the public and celebrities alike have since joined in to wish the soccer tactician a quick recovery.

"Get well soon gaffer," Harambee Stars striker Michael Olunga stated.

"Quick recovery," musician Suzanna Owiyo and comedian Daniel Ndambuki (Churchill) added.

Mulee hosts a segment called Patanisho (reunion) alongside former musician Gidi Ogidi (Gidi Gidi). The show is famous for its attempt to reunite conflicting couples and lovebirds.

He was appointed as Head Coach for the Harambee Stars- the men's national football team, in October 2020.
