Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Odinga now claims that his life is in danger.  

Addressing the press on Thursday, March 30 Odinga said that policers officers aimed live bullets at his car. 

"My own car was hit seven times will live bullets. You could see the direction of the bullets were all aimed at me. This is really terrible  There's no justification for the excessive force used against peaceful unarmed citizens exercising their democratic rights today," Odinga stated.  

The former premier added, "As Kenyans, we have the right to demand a forensic audit of the server to resolve this matter once and for all.

"Our quest won't stop and we'll hold the mother of all demonstrations next Monday, regardless of what our detractors say.

Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka said that the government had crossed the red line with an attempt on Odinga's life. 

Azimio leaders staged mass protests in Eastlands through Imara Daima and Pipeline. However, things got thick when Odinga's convoy was repulsed by officers at Pipeline as they tried to join the highway.

Police officers hurled teargas and used water canons to repulse Odinga's team despite attempt to push through.
