Ex-Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has condemned those accusing City Preacher Reverend Lucy Natasha of being involved in cultism and sexual exploitation of her aides in the ministry.

In a tweet on Monday morning, Sonko appeared to suggest that those leveling the claims against Reverend Natasha should mind their own business.

“Na sio kwa ubaya ni nini watu wengine munauliza @RevLucyNatasha mtumishi wa Mungu??? Mushindweee pepoooo,” he tweeted.

Last week, Rev. Natasha was a subject of discussion online after a Facebook user identified as Martha Mwihaki Hinga accused her cultism and trying to hook her up with a Nigerian pastor who needed sexual favours.

“Within 20 minutes, I realized that Lucy had left together with her brother and mom, and I in the company of the pastor and the aide were left, little did I know that the girl was part of the script for a Threesome. Hahaha, yes I said a threesome.

“I knew this was not a prayer but something else, perhaps a plan to kill me, because the thought of a sexual encounter was far-fetched. How now?” she posted.

Following the accusations, Rev. Natasha released a statement stating that the claims were orchestrated by persons interested in tarnishing her name.

“Today has been a tough day as various falsehoods against me were propagated and shared on social media. These lies and misrepresentations should be condemned with the strongest words possible.

“It is my prayer that people out there will not be quick to believe, listen and share falsehoods. I have decided to speak out because this has been a trend. Mostly always been quiet when this happens. But I believe Cyberbullying should be condemned,” her statement read in part.
